A message from Susana Jorge, CEO at LisbonHolidays

Updated: Dec 20, 2021

At LisbonHolidays, our responsibility is to keep our guests healthy & safe.

During the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to update you on steps we are taking to keep our Guests safe, help them with any issue they may have with travelling to Portugal, along with simple things you can do to help protect yourself.

Steps we’re taking to keep our Guests safe.

We have enhanced our cleaning methods and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our apartments. In our offices and Laundry rooms, we are distributing hand sanitizer. All of our employees and check-in agents in the field are required to wash their hands regularly. We’re following the Direção Geral de Saúde - Portuguese health organization (DGS), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other global health organizations to collect the most up-to-the-minute information to ensure the actions we're taking are comprehensive and expedient. Based on this information, we will decide how to better protect our guest and staff.

Steps to help you with Q&A you may have about your Holidays with us.

We know that some countries are cancelling flight out and in, by that we are with our eyes open to know more about flight restriction. If you are considering cancelling your holidays because of the coronavirus (COVID-19), please contact our team, and we will make everything to help you with that.If you want to postpone and not cancel, please contact us and we will help you put your Holidays in the future, and even give you a discount for that.We know that this is difficult times but we will promise to do everything we can to help you with all the question you may have.please contact us for any Q&A to:

Steps you can take to protect yourself.

Just as you should wipe down public and shared surfaces with disinfectant, we encourage you to do the same before you use any place in our properties. You could also consider wearing gloves as a precaution as well as washing your hands before and after cooking or using the bathroom, and every time you return to the apartment from the street. To learn more about COVID-19 and other precautions you can take, please refer to the World Health Organization.

We can all play a part in keeping each other - our loved ones, friends and communities - healthy and safe.

Kind regards,

Susana Jorge
